All quotations issued by Shreedev Enterprise are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change due to raw material costs, logistics, or supplier changes.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order and payment of the applicable advance. Standard payment terms are as follows:

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect supply. All claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence.

Shreedev Enterprise's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of production, revenue, or profit arising from product failure or delivery delay.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or difference shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
